Accepting credit cards simplifies payments. Your store can accept credit cards, checks or both. Our online stores will automatically create an invoice. Your customers will have a choice to pay by check or by credit card/paypal.

Signing up for paypal is fast, simple and all you have to do is click here to start. There are no set up fees, Paypal only charges you when you make a sale. You will be charged a transaction fee and that can be built into the cost of your products. For rough numbers, you get charged 2% to 3% and a $.25 charge per transaction. So a $10 purchase will cost you at the most about .60. A $100 purchase will cost you at the most about $3.25.

The treasurer will avoid most if not all of the burdens of depositing checks and counting money. This will save your board time and potential errors.

Are You A Non-Profit?

Nonprofit transaction fees 2.2% + $.30 per transaction for organizations with less than $100,000 monthly volume. To be eligible, you must have documented 501(c)(3) status or you will not receive the reduced nonprofit transaction fees.
